Drew Hutcheson and Anthony Ferraro have been friends since birth. Drew is a third-generation Realtor based in Belleair, Florida, with over 10 years of experience and more than 150 closed transactions.

Anthony Ferraro is also a third-generation Floridian. He built his career through his medical supply distribution company.

​

In 2018, Drew approached Anthony about investing in a real estate project, and Anthony agreed. Over the following years, they completed one or two projects annually.

 

It wasn’t until 2024, however, that the two decided to pursue their partnership more seriously.

Drew began noticing more opportunities in the market than Anthony could fund on his own, leading them to raise outside capital. They started, as most do, with close friends and family. Today, they are once again focused on growth—working to expand their real estate holdings from $3 million to $10 million in 2026. The goal for the two in the next 5 years is to continue expanding their team and accepting institutional funds.
